Member Service Center Representative – 365 Live Call Center. Five days per week, 8 hours per day. Two days off per week, including either Saturday or Sunday and another weekday. Schedule & Shifts
8am-5pm 9am-6pm 10am-7pm 12p-9pm Pay: Starting at $18.00+/hour, based on experience. Summary

Deliver stellar service to credit union members. Serve as the face (voice) of our brand—happy, confident, positive. Provide solutions and guide members through issues—online banking, account info, general inquiries, even loan applications. Follow through, deliver on promises and ensure all details are covered. Qualifications
Outgoing, personable candidates who love people. Ability to work any of three shifts—around the clock. Previous retail/customer service experience. Call Center and/or financial institution experience a plus. Strong computer skills: typing, searching, transactions. High school diploma/GED required; Associate’s degree in business or related field a plus. Who We Are
