We are seeking an energetic, self‑motivated individual to join our team as
Safety Coordinator .
Things You’ll Do
Visit job sites and monitor safety compliance
Get to know the workforce and build a relationship of trust
Perform safety inspections of company facilities, production plants, and equipment, then follow up with stakeholders on findings
Conduct safety trainings and attend site safety meetings
Analyze and report on incident trends
Function as a safety expert on safety related issues
Ensure compliance with OSHA/ MSHA regulations
Requirements
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
3+ years of safety experience
The ability to establish trusting and partnered relationships with all people
Excellent conflict management and problem‑solving skills
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration
An insurable driving record
Bachelor’s Degree or a safety‑related certification is preferred, but not required
