Responsibilities As an Assistant Service Manager, you will:

Support the Service Manager by running the teller line in the assigned branch.

Operate as a teller at an advanced level, providing and modeling quality customer service while answering customer questions.

Build relationships and make recommendations based on the bank’s range of competitive products.

Assist in fraud and risk management initiatives and help train new teller staff members.

Compensation Hourly rate: $19 – $20 per hour (range dependent on experience, qualifications, skills, and performance).
