Base Pay Range $95,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr

Job Overview We are looking for a seasoned and assertive sales professional who demonstrates a resolute aspiration for leadership. The role will encompass selling and cultivating a strong clientele base, reflecting our principle of leading by example. Initially, your focus will involve mastering and proficiently executing our B2B sales process tailored for premium supplemental insurance products, requiring relationship building, cold calling, and client engagement. After mastering our sales framework, you may assume additional responsibilities, including training and mentoring new team members.

Additional Qualifications

Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check

Active driver’s license and reliable transportation

Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state (or willing to obtain; study course and licensing fee reimbursement provided)

Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with less than 4 years of relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
