Entries for applications are now opened for the 2026 graduate trainee programme at Schneider Electric. This article contains the job description, qualification requirements, eligibility and mode of application. The Schneider Graduate Program (SGP) is designed to help successful candidates grow faster at the Early Career stage. During the 24 months, candidates may go through a Structured Rotational track or Specialized track, under different functions. It will allow them to learn different businesses or functions within Schneider Electric, through a series of accelerated induction and programs. Candidates should be ready to handle important projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work with stakeholders globally. Required Skills for Schneider Electric Graduate Trainee Role
Proactive and eager to learn, with a positive mindset and a flexible approach to new challenges and environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in diverse and cross‑functional teams. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, and Robotics Engineering. Must be a recent graduate 2025 academic year or graduating within the next 6 months. Available and committed to working onsite, with a strong interest in hands‑on, field‑based technical work.
