Job Summary The Coronation Graduate Trainee Programme Academy is designed to attract entry-level talent into companies within the Coronation Ecosystem. This programme offers recent graduates a unique opportunity to gain practical experience, access tailored trainings, and mentorship, all within a supportive and dynamic work environment.
The 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme Academy has eight (8) pathways:
Actuarial Pathway
Finance Pathway
Financial Advisers (Trust Advisers) Pathway
Insurance Pathway
Investment Pathway
Venture Builder's Pathway
Requirements Ready to join us? Here's what makes you a great match:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
Minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division (2:1).
Have at least 5 O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics.
Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
Applicants must not be older than 27 years of age at the time of application.
Relevant professional qualifications or certifications will be considered an added advantage.
