Spanish/English Bilingual Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Summary:

Maintain contact with research participants in both English and Spanish, translating as needed.

Assist in subject recruitment.

Collect physiological and psychological data from study participants.

Collaborate with other members of the team.

Coordinate research participant activities across research sites, including the University of Colorado Denver and possible other local medical institutions.

Maintain contact with referral sources.

Track patient participation in projects by developing and maintaining databases, including REDCap, for human‑subject issues.

Assist with tabulation of research data for presentations, papers, and grant applications.

Work Location:

Onsite, Aurora, CO.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in public health, psychology, social/behavioral sciences, physical sciences, healthcare, or related field.

Bilingual in English/Spanish; fully fluent at ALTA level 11+ or equivalent assessment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in human subject research.

Experience working with infants and/or young children.

Experience in collecting and processing psychophysiological data.

Experience with REDCap, Excel, SPSS, or other data‑management software.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Effective written and oral communication.

Ability to establish and maintain relationships with staff at all levels.

Comfortable working with pregnant women, infants, young children, and their families.

Ability to work with families experiencing major mental illness.

Accurate completion of repetitive activities such as data entry.

Creative problem solving.

High ethical standards and adherence to human subject protection standards.

Flexibility and adaptability in various work situations.

$48,446 - $49,500
