is seeking a dedicated Administrator to lead our long‑term care facility. The role centers on ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.
What Will You Do in This Role?
Oversee day‑to‑day facility operations to meet State and Federal regulations.
Supervise department managers and ensure compliance across all units.
Integrate clinical services with business plans to meet quality, clinical, and utilization standards.
Track and achieve performance measures and financial productivity objectives.
Provide premier customer service and resolve resident care issues promptly.
Qualifications
Fire and passion for working with seniors.
Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or a related field.
Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, and community agencies.
Strong understanding of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF setting.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
