How You’ll Contribute
You’ll play a critical role in building, securing, and evolving the technology platform that powers the firm. As a
DevSecOps Engineer , you’ll own the infrastructure that supports production applications while working side‑by‑side with developers, security, and leadership to ensure reliability, scalability, and security across environments. In this role, you will: Own and operate production and staging Kubernetes environments, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance Design, maintain, and improve cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines that help teams ship faster and safer Partner closely with developers to troubleshoot issues, remove blockers, and improve developer experience Collaborate with security leadership on compliance, access controls, secrets management, and secure system design Manage and support stateful services such as databases, caches, and messaging systems Implement and enhance observability, monitoring, and alerting across distributed systems Contribute to emerging initiatives, including AI/ML observability, AI-Enabled SDLC and agentic workflows Skills You’ll Bring
Production experience with Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE, or similar) Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, or equivalent) Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation Experience with Linux systems and containerized applications Ability to troubleshoot across infrastructure, networking, and application layers Experience supporting databases and stateful workloads Comfort working cross‑functionally with engineering and security teams How You’ll Stand Out
