This position requires strong analytical skills, customer engagement experience, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.**Scope:*** Analyze and resolve customer business challenges using supply chain expertise and data-driven insights.* Join customer calls for critical issues, provide timely support, and ensure resolution with minimal escalations.* Collaborate with product teams to design and implement new features aligned with business needs.* Interpret and explain business data to customers and stakeholders for informed decision-making.* Work with support teams by addressing queries and providing functional guidance.* Share knowledge and mentor peers on various products and processes.* Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring smooth operations and high satisfaction.**Current technical environment:*** **Software/Tools:**Java, SpringBoot, Groovy, GitHub, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Codacy, GitHub Advance Security, Black Duck Hub, BlazeMeter, Artifactory, Ansible, Docker, etc.* **Application Architecture**: Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture* **Cloud Architecture**: MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, Virtue Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD)* **Frameworks/Others**: Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Spark, NOSQL, RDBMS, Spring Boot, Snowflake**What you'll do:*** Analyze and resolve customer business challenges using supply chain expertise and data-driven insights.* Join customer calls for critical issues, provide timely support, and ensure resolution with minimal escalations.* Collaborate with product teams to design and implement new features aligned with business needs.* Interpret and explain business data to customers and stakeholders for informed decision-making.* Support SCO teams by addressing queries and providing functional guidance.* Share knowledge and mentor peers on various products and processes.* Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring smooth operations and high satisfaction.**What we are looking for:*** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).* 6+ years of experience in supply chain operations or functional analysis.* Strong understanding of supply management processes and systems.
Proven experience in customer problem-solving and handling critical business issues.* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
