This role requires a strategic mindset, strong customer orientation, and the ability to translate market and customer needs into scalable product capabilities.**Scope:*** The Product Manager will be responsible for defining, managing, and delivering product capabilities for **Blue Yonder Pricing and Promotion Management solutions**. Core responsibilities include owning product requirements, contributing to product vision and roadmap execution, supporting go-to-market activities, and ensuring successful customer adoption across global markets.**Current technical environment:*** **Product Area:** Pricing, Promotion Management, Promotion Optimization* **Industry Domain:** Retail, Supply Chain Planning, Merchandising, Sales Forecasting* **Deployment Models:** Cloud-based, SaaS, enterprise multi-tenant platforms* **Methodologies:** Agile / Scrum, Iterative Product Development**What you'll do:*** Act as a **subject matter expert** for Blue Yonder Pricing and Promotion Management products, supporting internal teams and customers* Define and evolve **product vision, strategy, and roadmaps** in partnership with Product Directors and leadership* Gather, analyze, and prioritize **customer and market requirements**, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives* Work closely with **PD Product Owners and engineering teams** to translate business requirements into clear functional designs* Establish **feature acceptance criteria** and validate delivered functionality* Own and manage the **product backlog**, ensuring priorities are aligned with customer value and business goals* Identify product gaps through **Business Process Analysis** and recommend enhancements aligned with best practices* Support **sales and pre-sales activities**, including RFP responses, product demonstrations, and customer presentations* Partner with **Customer Care, Support Services, and Implementation teams** to resolve complex customer issues* Collect and incorporate feedback from customers, partners, analysts, and internal stakeholders to improve product quality* Participate in **customer-facing engagements** to understand end-user workflows and “day-in-the-life” processes* Support **product launches**, ensuring features are delivered correctly and on schedule* Contribute to **UI/UX standards and usability improvements*** Support **analyst briefings and inquiries** related to Promotion Management and Optimization solutions* Assist in **product modernization initiatives**, including transformation to cloud-native platforms* Coordinate effectively across **global, cross-location teams****What we are looking for:*** Proven experience as a **Product Manager or Subject Matter Expert** in promotions management, retail planning, or supply chain software* Strong understanding of **retail pricing, promotions, forecasting, and KPI performance analysis*** Experience working in **Agile/Scrum environments** with engineering and product teams* Ability to define and execute **product strategy** based on research, data, and industry trends* Strong analytical and **problem-solving skills*** Excellent written and verbal **communication skills*** Ability to manage **multiple initiatives and changing priorities*** Demonstrated ability to work closely with customers and internal stakeholders* Experience supporting **sales enablement, pre-sales, and customer success activities*** Comfortable working with **global and cross-functional teams*** Willingness to travel **5–10%**, based on customer and sales support needs**Our Values**All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
