We are seeking a Sr. Integration, Verification and Demonstration Engineer for our organization, specifically to establish a new lab in the Dallas location, enabling us to expand our integration, verification, and demonstration activities across the US. This candidate will also leverage our existing lab in Naperville to carry out verification and demonstration activities.

Integration and Verification comprises the integration of SW and/or HW or system components into system, platform, product releases, or networks and verifies the integrated entity or network against particular requirements and/or customer use cases. This includes the setup and maintenance of laboratory and associated equipment, tools, and devices. Additionally, we automate many aspects of our verification and testing environment. Also included in the role can be the demonstration of our products and systems to internal audiences as well as end customers and users.

Your responsibilities

Execute on the initial creation of a lab in the Dallas location

Leverage the existing lab in Naperville for product verification

Leads and executes demonstrations of our products to both internal folks and external customers

Analyzes, designs, develops and tests products / services / improvements / bug resolutions for integrated hardware / software systems as per customers' requirements

Reproduce, analyze and test customer issues in laboratory environment

Diagnoses complex problems / issues (EG hardware, software, combination) and provides resolution or recommend corrective actions.

Contributes to the design, building, maintaining and optimization of the test environment as well as possible demonstration systems

Applies and maintains quality standards. Participates in process and tools evolutions and improvements.

Implements and executes automation into the test environment using scripting such as Python

May execute security scans and assess vulnerabilities

Your skills and experience

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience

4G and 5G Telecomm Integration and Verification expertise as well as lab environment expertise

System verification activities: analyze feature specifications, prepare test cases, configure test environment, execute test cases, report faults and follow fault corrections

Programming/Scripting: Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java) and scripting for automation tasks.

Networking Knowledge: Understanding of network protocols, architecture, and security practices relevant to telecom infrastructure.

Operating Systems/Platforms: Experienced in Linux, virtualization, k8s, docker and other platforms commonly used in telecom environments.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze vulnerabilities and their potential impact on the organization.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues

Agility: Ability to adjust your focus to meet the needs of the business

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various teams.

Understanding of RF technologies and 3GPP standards

Familiarity with RF Instrumentation, calibration, and radio troubleshooting techniques

Experience in data and log analysis is a plus

Familiarity with test tools and frameworks like Robot Framework, Jira helpful

Experience in building computer servers or physically assembling and troubleshooting HW is a plus

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical engineering, or a related field.

Flexibility and Agility - Seeding a new lab and maximizing what can be done in that lab requires being flexible and adjusting approaches to get to the best possible results.

US/Canada Salary Range $125300 till $233700 Per annum * Plus, potential incentive/variable compensation for eligible roles.
