Job Description As a Security Officer - Clinic Patrol Driver in Kaneohe, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries, such as healthcare. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated healthcare locations, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with staff, patients, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while supporting a secure environment. This position requires a valid driver’s license for patrol driving. What You'll Do
Provide customer service to clients, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents.
Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.
Assist with access control procedures, including verifying identification and providing directions to visitors and staff as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare staff and local law enforcement as required to support a secure environment.
Minimum Requirements
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
