Key Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and input ride information using the computerized scheduling system.
Enter new customer information and changes into the system.
Data entry into spreadsheets and databases.
Communicate late vehicle service and verify “No Shows” with customers.
Resolve service‑related complaints.
Create daily route maps of reservations for drivers.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
2 years reservationist or customer service experience.
Computer literate.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Subject to DOT drug testing and physical; DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
Employee spends long periods sitting, typing, or viewing a computer screen.
Work environment includes both indoors and outdoors.
Benefits (CBA Position)
Starting pay: $22.48/hour, progressing to $24.37/hour at 5 years (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement).
Paid vacation: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 20 years.
Paid sick leave: 5 days accrued per year.
Medical, dental, vision benefits available after 60 days, life insurance, 401(k), 10 paid company holidays.
Benefits subject to Union Collective Bargaining Agreement.
