Colin Mix Responsibilities
Maintain active state LPN license and uphold patient confidentiality. Accurately calculate medication dosages and administer medications using universal precautions. Assist physicians and nurse practitioners during exams and procedures. Provide telephone triage and document all patient and provider interactions. Ensure authorizations and referrals are in place; notify billing staff as needed. Document correct CPT and ICD-10 codes for services provided. Clean, stock, and prepare exam rooms; monitor medical supply inventory. Communicate effectively and courteously with patients and families, treating all with dignity and respect. Follow OSHA standards, universal precautions, and patient satisfaction guidelines. Qualifications
Education
LPN state license required. Must maintain CPR certification. Experience
1+ years experience in pediatric nursing in office environment preferred. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience will be considered. Experience Industry

Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment.
