Oner Health invites applications for the Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room - Nights role. This position is critical to delivering high-quality patient care during nighttime hours in an emergency department setting.
Responsibilities
Effectively use the nursing process in the delivery of patient care
Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies appropriate for patients and families
Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources and serve as a leader and partner on the interdisciplinary team
Utilize data, information, and knowledge to evaluate and promote change in order to achieve optimal outcomes
Promote customer satisfaction and employee morale, improving nursing profession practice
Adapt care to specific patient populations, respecting privacy and communication preferences
Perform other related duties as required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs)
Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications
Effective verbal and written communication skills, presenting information clearly to varying levels
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with self‑direction
Good judgment and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing school
Experience : Preferred bachelor’s degree in nursing; required none
Certifications (required) : Current RN license in state of practice, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification within 30 days, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days
Preferred Certifications : Certification in a clinical specialty area
