Full‑time, Part‑time, or PRN positions
AM or PM shifts
$36.00‑$45.00 per hour, based on experience
Shift differential for PM shifts
Eligible for sign‑on bonus
Responsibilities:
The RN will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of residents’ total nursing needs, including assessments, medication administration, monitoring, documentation, and ensuring person‑centered care.
Requirements:
Licensed Registered Nurse in Wisconsin
Active CPR certification
Knowledge or experience in geriatrics
Preferred supervisory experience
Knowledge of state and federal regulations
Commitment to quality outcomes and services
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
Sound independent judgment and adaptability to change
