Job Overview
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work the 7 pm–7 am shift at Pikes Peak Post Acute.
As part of a dedicated team, you will provide patient‑centered care in a skilled nursing unit or facility, including medication passes, treatments, and supervision of nurse assistants.
Responsibilities
Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility.
Supervise nurse assistants.
Administer medication passes and treatments.

Qualifications
Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO
Current CPR certification
Knowledge and experience with PCC (preferred)
Compensation Rate range: $28–$38 per hour.
