7am-7pm, 7pm-7am
Pikes Peak Post Acute is hiring LPNs! We take pride in working together to provide patient-centered care to our residents. We are looking to expand our team to allow for the highest level of care for our residents. You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.
What To Expect Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.

Successful Candidates
Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO
Current CPR certification
Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred
Rate Range:
$28-$38/hour
