to provide exceptional, patient-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.
Position: PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

What You’ll Do:
Partner with Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based treatments.
Help residents achieve their mobility and functional goals through individualized care plans.
Accurately document patient progress and outcomes.
Contribute to a collaborative, positive therapy team culture.
