Position Summary

Provide specialized physical therapy services in an outpatient setting, focusing on orthopedic, sports, or pelvic floor therapy.

Create and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.

Collaborate with colleagues and medical professionals to optimize patient care.

Build relationships with staff and the community to expand outreach and support networks.

Utilize a state‑of‑the‑art EMR system for documentation, reporting, and data collection.

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and insurance‑based regulations.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Current state licensure for the practice of physical therapy.

Specialty training or certification in orthopedic, sports, or pelvic floor therapy is preferred.
