Gift Processor and Stewardship Coordinator
At Dress for Success Houston, we play a pivotal role in empowering women in the Greater Houston area. As Gift Processor and Stewardship Coordinator, you will ensure the accurate processing of all donations and donor recognition correspondence, maintain data integrity and provide insightful analysis to support fundraising, donor relations, and strategic decision making. You will be crucial in maintaining an efficient, transparent, and effective system for donor management, tracking, and reporting while supporting the Development Team Members for event execution.

Contribute to the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and stewardship events by providing and maintaining accurate reports, assisting with event logistics, and providing administrative support.
Work with people across different sectors, including corporate and social service agencies.
What Do You Bring?
1-3 years of experience in data analysis, gift processing, or donor database management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, DonorPerfect, or similar database platforms).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask comfortably in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft 365, Adobe, Adobe Acrobat Document, and Zoom.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis functions).
Strong customer service skills with the expectation of high‑quality customer interactions, problem‑solving abilities, and a customer‑first mindset.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
The ability to work with and relate to a range of people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Flexibility to work at least one week‑night evening and one Saturday per month.
The ability to lift at least 40 pounds.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration or related field.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and reporting platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with accounting or fundraising software is a plus (e.g., QuickBooks, Financial Edge).
