Schedule
Part‑time: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Pay
$19.00 /hour
Essential Functions
Cleaning offices, lobbies, and common areas
Cleaning and restocking restrooms
Emptying trash cans and replacing bags
Cleaning corridors and stairwells
Removing trash, cleaning floors, dusting/wiping surfaces
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
Operating walk‑behind floor cleaning machines (if applicable)
Spot‑cleaning lobby glass doors/windows
Cleaning ashtrays, windows, and frames
Restocking supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas
Maintaining janitor closets in a clean and organized manner
Maintaining janitorial equipment in a safe, operable condition
Proficiency in English enhances collaboration and communication
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Skills & Experience
Proficiency in English highly recommended
Open availability for overtime, schedule adjustments, and holiday work
Must provide proof of work authorization and complete I‑9 and E‑Verify
Good hygiene skills required
Physical Requirements
Physically able to be on feet during entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, crouching
Must lift 35 lbs and carry 12 lbs backpack vacuum as needed
Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities
Requirements
