Salary: $15.75–$26.50 per hour (varies with experience).
Responsibilities
Consistently provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service.
Welcome customers with a smile, eye contact, and a “Thank You” at each transaction.
Sample products and perform suggestive selling.
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S standards.
Assist in overseeing day‑to‑day food court operations, including training, scheduling, and inventory control.
Prepare and cook mass lunch meals for finishing cooks based on required food quantities.
Apply comprehensive knowledge of recipes and ingredient formulas.
Ensure all associates follow company and state sanitation policies and procedures.
Control shrinkage through adherence to related policies.
Maintain cold case logs, hot food logs, and cooling logs in accordance with store policy.
Execute other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age.
Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow‑through to achieve results.
Strong communication skills.
Basic literacy and basic computer skills.
Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent.
6–12 months of related experience.
Physical Requirements Various equipment used in the food court.
