Job Description

Support executive leadership through clear, structured, and high-quality communications

Develop executive-ready presentations, one-pagers, and briefing materials

Translate complex transformation activity into concise narratives and visual storytelling

Support PMO governance forums (steering committees, reviews, leadership meetings) through agenda structuring and material preparation

Partner with change and communications leads to reinforce change adoption and leadership messaging

Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across leadership-facing materials

Help surface key insights, decisions, and risks in a way that supports executive decision-making

What challenges can the V.I.E expect during his/her assignment?

Synthesizing complex, cross-functional information into clear executive narratives

Supporting senior leaders in a fast-moving transformation environment

Adapting communication style to different executive and stakeholder audiences

Maintaining high quality and precision under tight timelines

Navigating organizational change and evolving priorities

Qualifications

Educational background:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, Strategy, International Management, or related field

Professional background:

1–2 years of experience (internships or early career roles) in consulting, PMO, strategy, communications, or transformation environments

Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English

Ability to create clear, structured executive presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides)

Strong synthesis and storytelling capability

Comfortable working with senior stakeholders

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in complex environments

Strong visual sensibility and attention to quality

Languages:

English, French

Personal abilities:

Professional maturity and discretion

Confidence interacting with executives

Collaborative mindset in international teams
