Salary Range : $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 Salary/year

Mountain View Pain Center is a comprehensive pain management and rehabilitation practice committed to treating the whole patient with compassion, innovation, and teamwork. We blend chiropractic care, physical therapy, pain management, and acupuncture to create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address pain at its source.

The Human Resources Generalist supports the full spectrum of HR operations within a healthcare environment, with primary responsibilities in posting jobs, offers, onboarding, employee relations, and regulatory compliance. This role is essential in ensuring that every HR process—from hiring and credentialing to employee engagement—aligns with organizational standards and healthcare regulations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

HR Operations: Administer day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations, conflict mediation, performance management, corrective actions, and HR policy administration.

Recruitment: Develop job postings, coordinate with hiring managers, and facilitate an efficient and compliant hiring process.

Onboarding: Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the organization’s culture, values, and patient-care mission.

Employee Relations & Investigations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership by addressing workplace issues, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on policy interpretation and best practices in a fair, consistent manner.

Credentialing & Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including credentials, licensure, certifications, and background checks, ensuring full compliance with healthcare and organizational standards.

Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as healthcare-specific regulations.

HRIS & Reporting: Use Paycom to manage employee data, maintain system integrity, and generate accurate HR reports to support operational and compliance needs.

Policy & Procedure Administration: Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance across the organization.

Engagement & Retention: Partner with leadership to promote a positive, inclusive work environment that prioritizes employee satisfaction, retention, and professional growth.

Continuous Improvement: Stay current on healthcare HR trends, labor laws, and best practices, recommending and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.

PTO: Understanding the organization’s PTO policy, including accrual rates, usage guidelines, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare industry.

Proficiency in Paycom is a must for this role, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements including HIPAA, credentialing, and healthcare labor standards.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proficiency in Paycom is a must.

Salary Range:

$58,000.00 - $62,000.00
