The OKR (Objectives and Key Results) Specialist runs the global OKR Center of Excellence. They drive increased knowledge and adoption of OKRs across the company, globally. The Specialist develops and implements a communication and training plan, updates a SharePoint Center of Excellence page, monitors an OKR support email box, and facilitates sessions with leaders to guide the creation of well-crafted OKRs. They track and monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Chief Operating Officer and C-Staff.

Develop and implement a change management plan for OKR Adoption by developing communication and training content

Work with the Learning & Development team to develop in the flow of work training and other learning content, to ensure all employees are well educated on the importance of OKRs and how to develop & update their OKRs

Act as the main contact for support by monitoring the OKR Center of Excellence mailbox, responding to all requests on a timely basis, facilitating one‑on‑one consulting sessions, sitting in on weekly OKR check‑ins and reviewing/making suggestions on content of OKRs

Manage the OKR software (define OKR software requirements, choose a new OKR system, implement the new system, provide training to employees, act as main point of contact with OKR software vendor)

Develop a regular cadence of communication and monitoring to ensure 100% adoption of OKRs across the company

Provide regular reports and dashboards to the Chief Operating Officer and C-Staff, along with analysis and insights to determine if we are on track with meeting our OKRs and suggest areas for improvement

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

At least five (5) years of general business experience

Deep knowledge of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)

Deep experience in change management

Experience researching software tools and automation

Ability to be structured, detail‑oriented and organized is required

Demonstrated ability to collaborate well with colleagues and management at all levels across multiple departments is required

Ability to develop and deliver multi‑mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences

Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans

Experience managing multiple stakeholders and leading cross‑functional initiatives

Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills at multiple levels of leadership

Ability to operate with a high sense of urgency and ownership

Ability to analyze data and create reports and dashboards that provide insights and improved decision making for executive leadership

Required Education & Certifications:

B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience

Formal training/certification in Change management

Certifications in OKR expertise preferred
