Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers and the preparation of documentation (bill of lading and invoice).
Ability to complete all essential functions of Warehouse Associate position.
Lead group of shipping and receiving team members.
Responsible for the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers.
Communicate the instructions to the equipment inside the warehouse.
Coordinate the location where each trailer will be loaded.
Prepare the documentation to issue a purchase order (Bill of Lading and invoice).
Communicate with carriers to ensure on time and form the collection and/or loading of the finished product.
Review operator and carrier line data in Tracking Platform.
Ensure that food safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System are maintained.
Communicate any deviation, problem and/or abnormality with the equipment, processes and products.
Perform any task that is not deemed unreasonable or unsafe and is asked to be done by team member’s manager or supervisor.

Qualifications
Minimum: 4 Years experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 4 Years experience in position, 4 Years experience managing people/projects. (Work experience and education may combine).
Travel requirements: No traveling required for this position.
Preferred: 6 Years experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 6 Years experience working in position, 6 Years experience managing people/projects. (Work experience and education may combine).
Competencies
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle).
Intermediate knowledge of storage systems.
Good verbal and written communication.
Ability to communicate with different levels of the organization.
Ability to resolve conflicts.
