Warehouse Lead Lead and support the communication flow to load finished product onto trailers and prepare documentation (bill of lading, invoice).
Essential Functions
Ability to complete all essential functions of the Warehouse Associate position.
Lead a group of shipping and receiving team members.
Responsible for the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers.
Communicate instructions to the equipment inside the warehouse.
Coordinate the location where each trailer will be loaded.
Prepare documentation to issue a purchase order (Bill of Lading and invoice).
Communicate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery and coordinate the collection and/or loading of the finished product.
Review operator and carrier line data in the Tracking Platform.
Ensure that food safety practices and all applicable SQF System requirements are maintained.
Communicate any deviation, problem, or abnormality with equipment, processes, and products.
Perform any task that is not deemed unreasonable or unsafe and is requested by team member’s manager or supervisor.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
4 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
4 years of experience in a similar position.
4 years of experience managing people/projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
6 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
6 years of experience in a similar position.
6 years of experience managing people/projects.
Travel requirements: No traveling is required for this position.
Competencies
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Oracle.
Intermediate knowledge of storage systems.
Good verbal and written communication.
Ability to communicate with different levels of the organization.
Ability to resolve conflicts.
Ability to analyze information.
Education Minimum Required:
High School Diploma.
Preferred:
Associate’s Degree.
