Regional Recruiter

As the Regional Recruiter for SUGARED + BRONZED, you contribute to, and influence partners in the organization to hire the best talent for each role at S+B and maintain extremely high standards. Treat each candidate through the interview process as a VIP- ensuring that they feel their time is as valuable as ours. Getting a chance to hear stories of candidates you interview each day, and celebrating with them when making job offers.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Field recruitment across a specific S+B region at the shop level (Estheticians, Airbrush Technicians, Receptionists).
  • Creating a talent pipeline via traditional + passive recruitment in specific regions and current team member referrals.
  • Collaborating with operations leadership to understand hiring needs + priorities, gaining a better understanding of how new hires are progressing.
  • Maintaining the extremely high standards of S+B's level of service by interviewing and hiring the best candidates for each position- you are the gatekeeper.
  • Guiding candidates through the entire interview process from initial screening interaction to training turnover.
  • Staying on top of recruitment trends in the industry, ensuring S+B's offering is attractive and current.
  • Forecasting hires per week and anticipated time to fill based on pass through rate.
  • Passive recruitment via sorority reach outs, building relationships with Esthetician/Cosmetology schools.
  • Creating job posts in accordance with the posting schedule, researching companies competing for talent, and updating posts as necessary to remain relevant and appealing.

Position requirements include:

  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for hourly roles for a brick & mortar/retail company.
  • Experienced in passive recruitment + finding talent through non-traditional avenues.
  • Passionate about the candidate experience + building relationships.
