Responsibilities
Provide daily care, health needs, safety, and comfort to residents
Conduct professional assessments and document resident health status
Develop, implement, and maintain nursing care plans and MDS documentation
Perform routine nursing procedures in collaboration with physicians and families
Offer emotional support and handle resident or visitor complaints, incidents, or accidents
Maintain accurate medical records and complete 24‑hour and end‑of‑shift reports, narcotic counts, and medication management documentation
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Valid RN license in good standing (State and Federal requirements)
In-depth knowledge of safe and effective nursing practices in Indiana
Basic computer skills
