Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full Time – SNF Role Description The Therapy Place, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist or a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full‑time, on‑site position in Kalamazoo, MI. Qualifications

Proficiency in Occupational Therapy, including treatment planning and execution

Background in Medicine and Rehabilitation for developing and implementing effective interventions

Strong Communication skills necessary for client interaction, team collaboration, and progress documentation

Experience or interest in working with Pediatrics is highly desirable

Licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist or COTA as required by the state of Michigan

Ability to work effectively in an on‑site setting and contribute to a team‑oriented environment

Demonstrated commitment to patient‑centered care and improving patient outcomes
