Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park is seeking a dedicated and experienced

Evening Supervisor (LPN/RN)

to lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional care for our residents. If you are passionate about long‑term care, enjoy mentoring staff, and thrive in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Director and Associate Director of Nursing to ensure smooth daily operations and regulatory compliance.

Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain the highest standards of resident care.

Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules to maintain safe and effective coverage.

Conduct regular rounds, provide feedback, and report observations to leadership.

Assist with state surveys and inspections as needed.

Support the development and implementation of individualized resident care and discharge plans.

Address staff concerns, complaints, and grievances in a professional manner.

Welcome and support residents and families during the admission process.

Accompany physicians on rounds and oversee accurate medication and treatment administration.

Provide direct nursing care and assist with resident assessments as needed.

Participate in evaluations and support professional development of LPNs and CNAs.

Qualifications

Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.

Active, unrestricted LPN or RN license in Florida.

At least 2 years of direct care experience in long‑term care, restorative, or geriatric nursing.

Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Current CPR certification.
