Compensation Base pay range:
$37.50/hr – $56.25/hr
Sign‑on bonus up to
$10,000
Hourly premium: $11
Night shift differential: $5
Tuition reimbursement up to $7,200
Referral bonus up to $5,000

Schedule
Work‑night shift 1900‑0730
Three nights Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays
Holiday rotation
Qualifications
Accredited RN program completion
RN license in WI
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience (newly licensed RN with EM, paramedic, ED externship considered)
Responsibilities
Deliver individualized care using the nursing process—assess, plan, implement, and evaluate tailored care plans.
Monitor and respond to patient condition changes, collaborating with the healthcare team.
Promote patient safety by implementing risk‑reduction strategies and reporting safety events.
Educate patients and families with adaptive teaching methods.
Coordinate interdisciplinary discharge planning for continuity of care.
Lead and delegate effectively, fostering teamwork and supporting unlicensed personnel.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and unit performance.
Maintain professional growth through ongoing education and shared governance participation.
