Job Description
Up to $10,000 sign on bonus
Up to $3000 relocation bonus
Location: 2200 Fowler Grove Bvld, Winter Garden
Schedule: Weekdays either working 5 days a week- Monday - Thursday 10am - 7pm M-Th and Friday 8am -5pm; or open to 4 10’s as well
Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures.
Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards. Participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships.
Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community.
Adjusts and adapts to changes in patient census by altering working hours to assist in other centers and programs as approved and observed by the manager or director.
Qualification Requirements Doctorate Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Physical Therapist (PT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Physical Therapist - Temporary (PT‑TEMP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range $65,622.66 - $122,055.21
