Reimbursement Team Lead (Customer Service)
to work from a USA home‑based office, with a start date prior to February 9, 2026.

A DAY IN THE LIFE The Reimbursement Customer Service Team Lead mentors and supports team members while staying highly involved in daily operations. The role assigns daily tasks, sets priorities, and personally answers calls to ensure accurate and timely completion of work while meeting productivity and quality standards. Responsibilities include reviewing complex call scenarios, collaborating on solutions, and providing best‑practice strategies to support future interactions. The Team Lead also assists team members in meeting or exceeding established productivity and quality expectations and actively audits incoming telephone and email inquiries from patients, clinicians, insurance plans, and area sales managers.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of health insurance billing experience.
Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role in an incoming call center environment.
Typing speed of 35 or more words per minute with 90% or greater accuracy.
Travel Requirements
10% travel as needed for training and meetings.
SCHEDULE
Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, exempt position, working remotely from your home office located in the USA.
