We’re looking for a Senior Life Practitioner to join our team at Acacia Hall, Lincoln

As a Senior Life Practitioner you’ll play a vital role in supporting children with severe learning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives. Your role will include;

Support with day-to-day living and personal goals.

Accompany individuals on community activities such as shopping, meals, and appointments.

Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and wellbeing.

Work closely with colleagues to safeguard and empower the people we support.

Pay & Progression

We offer clear progression through our competency framework, helping you develop your skills and increase your pay as you grow; Level 1: £13.99 Level 2: £14.31 Level 3: £15.19

About You Your Qualities:

Teamwork, resilience, and a proactive attitude

Good communication and basic IT skills

NVQ level 3 in children's residential care

Experience in leading a team
