About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Life Practitioner to join our team at Thorpe Lane, South Hykeham, Lincolnshire. As a Senior Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will help them live fulfilling and independent lives by assisting with daily activities, accompanying them on community trips, and supporting Life Practitioners day‑to‑day. The role reports to the Registered Manager. You will receive a company vehicle to transport residents to shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To operate the vehicle you must hold a full UK driver’s licence or have driven in the UK for at least two years. Pay starts at £13.99 per hour, with Level 1 £13.99, Level 2 £14.31, and Level 3 £15.19. Full pay progression is supported through our competency framework. Benefits
