Case Supervisor for Deaf Supported Living Services

department. This position works directly with intellectually and/or developmentally disabled (I/DD) adults and provides ongoing supervision, training, and development for the direct support staff that work with our clients in the Sacramento County area.

This role supports and employs people who are deaf or hard of hearing. American Sign Language skills are a requirement.

Responsibilities The

Case Supervisor for Deaf Supported Living Services

is responsible for:

Providing support for a caseload of clients and supervising and training the staff that work with those clients.

Developing and implementing care plans for disabled adults.

Meeting numerous administrative requirements such as documentation, auditing, training, and more.

Spending approximately 75% of time face‑to‑face with clients and 25% on administrative duties.

Schedule The position is salaried and exempt, on‑call Monday through Friday, with a rotating on‑call weekend with other supervisory team members (potentially one weekend a month). This is not a 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. position. The supervisor is a constant, accessible resource for field staff during the work week.

Location The position operates out of our Sacramento office at 2330 Glendale Lane, Sacramento, CA 95825, but the expectation is to be in the field and available to support clients in the Sacramento County area.

Job Requirements

At least two (2) years of experience working with individuals who have Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD population).

At least one (1) year of supervisory and budgetary/finance experience.

Strong communication using American Sign Language.

Computer and driving skills; ability to use standard electronics, computer and database systems.

Licensed and insured driver with a clean driving record.
