About the Role:
Our client, a leader in industrial engineering and project management, is seeking a Project Manager II to join their team. As a Project Manager II, you will be part of the Project Engineering department supporting the Americas region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project success.
Manage technical project activities and provide leadership in resolving critical issues.
Review contract documentation and communicate project requirements effectively.
Evaluate the financial and schedule impacts of scope changes and implement necessary adjustments.
Support resolution of cross‑functional design complexities and mitigate schedule risks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project engineering, design engineering, or field engineering related to HRSG projects.
Ability and willingness to travel domestically (~10-15%).
Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
