Position Summary
We’re looking for a Manager of GTM Launch Enablement to drive the successful launch of seller-facing products and programs. This role is critical in ensuring end-to-end launch readiness by collaborating with cross‑functional teams, applying the right level of rigor pre‑launch, and creating compelling messaging and awareness for sellers. About the Team The Walmart Marketplace business is part of Walmart’s ecommerce portfolio and is one of the fastest‑growing and most profitable business units. The Walmart Marketplace is in its 5th year and has seen tremendous growth in the past year. This growth combined with the industry ecommerce and customer dynamics has made Walmart Marketplace a highly strategic priority for Walmart for the next 5 years. The Marketplace team culture is entrepreneurial, fast‑paced, relentless, biased for action and highly resilient. The GTM Ops team is at the core of the Marketplace business, developing strategies, processes, and governance to accelerate seller and customer experiences while driving marketplace growth through the launch and adoption of key capabilities and programs.
What you’ll do
Drive go‑to‑market strategy and operations –
Define the go‑to‑market plans and processes to operationalize our business and product strategy. Ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives for the program/product, and are informed about all projects in your domain. Advise business and product teams on the global feasibility of products throughout the development lifecycle.
Launch new product and business capabilities –
Take an ownership mindset and strategically think partner with Product, Tech and Business teams to develop an end‑to‑end rollout plan, and project‑manage the implementation. Identify and track performance, drive user adoption, measure progress, and iterate on needs and requirements accordingly.
Optimizing business and product operations –
Evaluate business and operational problems, manage and conduct data‑driven analysis to assess potential solutions, and develop strategic recommendations that address the root cause of problems. Drive continuous optimization opportunities to improve key processes including roadmap and product planning process, customer/user feedback, product and strategy development engagement and alignment with key business stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders –
Engage with teams and leaders across Marketplace and the broader Walmart organization (Product/Tech, Analytics, Retail, etc.) and coordinate to improve alignment, develop joint priorities and represent Marketplace strategies and objectives in critical decision‑making forums.

Ability to structure ambiguous problems, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
Proven success operating in fast‑paced, complex environments with evolving priorities and tech‑driven workflows.
Strong communication and influence skills to guide teams, hold contributors accountable, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
Solution‑oriented approach to problem‑solving and willingness to take on responsibilities outside of the primary job description when necessary.
Background in project/program management, consulting, business operations, or product marketing; proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

San Bruno, California US‑08848 | Sunnyvale, California US‑11789: The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 – $169,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
