YOUR ROLE In your daily job you will:

Support all phases of the financial reporting cycle, including month‑end closing, forecasting, budgeting, and detailed financial analysis in each of the cycles

Support with business analysis, and fulfilment of the regional and global reporting requirements

Collaborate with cross‑functional business partners to gather, validate, and consolidate financial and operational data

Drive standardization and optimization of financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes to enhance decision‑making for business leaders, partners, and stakeholders, primarily the regional CFO

Serve as a liaison for financial reporting systems, leading ongoing improvements and enhancements

Develop and maintain regular KPI dashboards and executive presentations; conduct ad‑hoc analyses to deliver actionable insights that guide regional business strategy

YOUR BACKGROUND Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably in a fast‑paced multinational environment

High level of commitment and trustworthiness

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly communicate financial concepts to non‑finance stakeholders, as well as effectively present financial analysis to senior business leaders in the organization

Strong problem identification, planning and problem‑solving skills, while promoting team‑driven efforts

Degree in Business related area (e.g., Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting)

Knowledge and experience in using data analysis tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Qlik), with the ability to develop solutions tailored to business needs

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Software knowledge: SAP, Hyperion
