Overview We are seeking a dedicated intern to assist our Venue Manager and Event Planner to oversee the operations of our venue, wedding day/events and ensuring a seamless experience for couples. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background or interest in hospitality/event planning and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

Assist in venue operations to ensure smooth functioning during events.

Creating Tour packets for incoming couples

Assist in event day setup and takedown

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Collaborate with event planners to ensure all requirements are met for successful events.

Train in hospitality for best practices to enhance service quality.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue to create an inviting atmosphere.

Assist in daily projects/tasks assigned by upper management.
