Entry Level HR Generalist | HR Generalist

ProSidian seeks an Entry Level HR Generalist for program support on a contract basis located in CONUS - Charlotte, NC across the Mid Atlantic Region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).

Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Entry Level HR Generalist) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector, focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally located in CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (of country/world).

Responsibilities and duties include:

  • Maintaining personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Scheduling interviews, preparing onboarding packets, and assisting with orientation sessions.
  • Processing HR forms and data entry into HRIS systems.
  • Responding to employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and general HR procedures.
  • Supporting recruitment activities, including posting job ads and screening applications.

Desired qualifications for Entry Level HR Generalist candidates include:

  • Experience in administrative support or HR-related functions.
  • Familiarity with HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education/experience requirements/qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in HR or business preferred.
  • 13 years of relevant experience.

Skills required include:

  • Organization, time management, data accuracy, discretion.

Competencies required include:

  • Confidentiality, adaptability, attention to detail, service orientation.
