Outside Sales Representative – Insurance
We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our supplemental insurance solutions into new and existing markets across Kansas City, MO and surrounding areas. This role is autonomous, performance‑based, and offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions.
Pay Range Base Pay: $82,000 – $98,000 per year (subject to experience and qualifications).
Core Responsibilities
Utilize the company’s Salesforce CRM to generate and nurture leads within an assigned territory.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
Schedule and conduct meetings with business owners and key decision‑makers to assess insurance needs.
Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referral leads, and re‑service existing clients.
Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit schedule to manager each week.
Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at day’s end.

Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years post‑high‑school experience (recent graduates with relevant sales or athletic background considered).
