Join Centerra Group as a Customer Service Building Support professional in Seattle, WA. This role provides reliable, professional concierge service in an outdoor loading dock environment. Position Summary

Experienced, trained, and uniformed concierge personnel delivering visible, professional service. Pay Transparency / Compensation

Rate: $24.00/hr Responsibilities Welcome and greet tenants, guests, visitors, vendors, contractors, and other parties entering the building. Recognize and greet Client's senior management during visits. Register all guests, visitors, vendors, and contractors at the front desk using sign?in procedures and visitor management technology. Develop, maintain, and manage a vetted vendor list and enforce vendor access. Enter work orders as authorized by Clients representatives. Provide additional related services as requested by Client. Monitor building systems and alarms; upon alert or suspicious activity, notify Clients representatives immediately. Maintain a vigilant observe?and?report posture, following building security procedures, notifications, post?orders, SOPs, and reporting requirements. Report building deficiencies, health & safety hazards, and other issues promptly (e.g., lights out, broken sprinklers, windows, leaks, vandalism). Provide immediate notification and manage incidents of workplace violence, bomb threats, and trespassing as directed. In emergencies (man?made, accidental, natural/environmental) act per the buildings Emergency Action Plan, post?orders, and SOPs.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of security experience and/or concierge or hospitality industry experience in a high?level, service?oriented environment. High School diploma or equivalent from a U.S. accredited school; foreign education evaluated to meet U.S. requirements. U.S. citizen with Social Security card and valid drivers license. Meet all medical and physical standards; pass background checks and drug screening. Comply with federal, state, and local security personnel registration and licensing laws, including valid state guard license. Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification. Proficient written and verbal English. Complete all required training and certifications. Regular in?person attendance required.
