Job Summary and Responsibilities As the Manager Materials Management for Northridge Hospital Medical Center, you will be accountable for the management of warehouse, receiving, par management, inventory management, mailroom, and print shop. You will manage strategic initiatives as assigned to improve operations, product quality, and cost savings, and assist in the product standardization efforts. You will monitor compliance with contracts and manage supplier relationships, ensuring supplier compliance with Vendormate, contracts, and other facility-specific requirements. You will also coordinate and negotiate local contracts with suppliers to ensure best pricing, delivery, and related terms and conditions.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Materials Management or Accounts Payable within a healthcare organization required.
Three (3) years’ experience in invoice resolution working with requisitioners, vendors and Accounts Payable required.
