Mobile Service Technicians

for our new Mobile Service+ Department. GM Experience preferred. You will join our MS+ team and help pioneer this new department in a very successful facility with brand-new Mobile Service+ & Roadside Vehicles. Full‑time position available in our award‑winning Service Department. We have a high‑volume family‑owned shop with over 40 years in the business & offer the best pay plan on Long Island. Must present valid driver’s license. Diesel technician desirable. ASE certification desirable. Excellent customer service. Strong communication skills. Valid driver’s license. GM training and transmission experience a plus. DOT medical clearance a plus. 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy. Responsibilities

Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work outside the shop as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty. Communicate with parts department and service advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication. Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair. Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers. Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory‑sponsored training classes as appropriate. Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur. Maintain an organized work area. Pay: $24–$48 per hour depending on experience.
