Irontown Modular is looking for an in-house individual that is experienced in construction business development, is self motivated, hungry for sales, and ready to grow with our company.
We focus on single and multi-family modular homes, allowing for complete customization of plan, specifications and building materials for each project, with a focus on sustainability and energy-efficient building.

Working directly with Construction Developers
The duties include finding, developing, and closing preconstruction and construction contracts for new custom modular PROJECTS. Most projects are orchestrated over the phone and require excellent phone skills, construction and financing knowledge base, communication skills, and follow up. Must be team oriented.
