Location:
National Coordination Center, Greater Nashville, Tennessee (On-Site only)
Hours of Work : The NCC will operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year (24/7/365).
This PM is specifically responsible for the NCC’s facility lease, design, buildout, and operational setup.
Required Qualifications
Government facility buildouts
Office design and construction
Large-scale operational transitions
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of leasing, design, construction, and operational setup of the NCC facility.
Manage coordination between the government, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with security requirements.
Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and technically compliant.
Provide strategic planning, technical oversight, risk management, and resource planning.
Ensure facility supports all mission requirements, including TACCOM, security, IT, redundancy, and COOP readiness.
